Please read: about these postings

Some positions listed here are for pending, anticipated or future proposals and contract awards (including public-agency RFPs), and Vanguard Resolve LLC is in constant need of qualified people in these categories. A posting therefore does not mean that a position is vacant today, that funding or a contract exists, or that an interview or offer will follow. Positions may be filled, changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice. Applying places your resume in our qualified-candidate database for current and future needs. Applicant notice & terms

Applicant notice and terms

1. Postings and future needs

Positions on this website may relate to pending, anticipated or future proposals, task orders and contract awards, or to ongoing staffing needs. A posting is an invitation to apply, not a promise that a vacancy, funding, contract or assignment exists. Vanguard Resolve LLC may fill, modify, suspend or remove any posting at any time, without notice, and may hire for a role from candidates outside this site.

2. No offer or contract; at-will

Nothing on this website, in any posting, form or communication, is an offer of employment or a contract, promise or guarantee of employment, interview, assignment, compensation or duration. Any employment with Vanguard Resolve LLC is at will unless a written agreement signed by an authorized officer states otherwise. Only the President & CEO may make a binding offer, and only in writing.

3. Contingencies

Any offer is contingent on, as applicable and permitted by law: contract award and notice to proceed; client or agency approval of the individual for the assignment; verification of identity, work authorization, licenses, registrations and certifications; reference checks; and background or other screening required by the client or by law. Screening of criminal history, where used, follows applicable law, including the New Jersey Opportunity to Compete Act.

4. Use of your information

The information and resume you submit are used to evaluate you for current and future opportunities. By applying you authorize Vanguard Resolve LLC to include your name, resume, licenses and certifications in proposals and submittals to public agencies and other clients, to verify your credentials, and to keep your information on file. We do not sell your information. We keep applicant records as long as needed for recruiting and as the law requires, and you may ask us to delete your resume by emailing vanguardresolve@outlook.com. If you list references, you confirm they have agreed to be contacted, and you authorize us to contact them. Your desired hourly rate is used only to match you to assignments and is not a commitment by either side. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, photographs, bank or health information.

5. Accuracy

You confirm that what you submit is true and complete. False or misleading information, including about licenses or certifications, may disqualify you or, if discovered later, end any resulting employment.

6. Recruiters and fees

Vanguard Resolve LLC does not accept unsolicited resumes or fee-based submissions from staffing agencies or recruiters, and is not obligated to pay any fee for a candidate unless it has signed a written agreement with that agency in advance.

7. Scam warning

We never ask applicants to pay a fee, buy equipment or send money or bank details. Our official contact address is vanguardresolve@outlook.com. If you receive a request that looks suspicious, do not respond and let us know.

8. Website use and limits

This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard Resolve LLC is not liable for losses arising from reliance on a posting, from delays or errors in transmission, or from the content of third-party links. Descriptions of duties and qualifications are general, may change, and do not limit the work an employee may be asked to do. This notice does not waive any right you have under law.
